Project Consultation

From big to small we handled it all. The initial consultation meeting comes at no cost. During this meeting, we will discuss the project as a whole, and it should not exceed an hour. A quotation will be provided based on the project's size and specifications, along with the minimum number of hours required to complete the consultation. This can range from outlining your project requirements to providing a detailed estimate of parts, cost-benefit analysis, and RMA solutions.

For consultation only, the rate is $35 per hour, with a minimum of two hours charged. A detailed quote tailored to your specific needs will be provided for the full project.

Diagnostic Consultation

We excel at solving puzzles and technical issues. Whether your computer is malfunctioning or there are network/server problems, we're here to diagnose and fix the issue.

The initial consultation is complimentary. We will arrange a call to discuss the problem at hand, which should not exceed 30 minutes. During this call, we will estimate the time needed to identify the problem. If the timeframe works for you, we will schedule an in-person diagnostic (for the greater southwest Michigan area only) or a video call. Following the assessment, we will provide a repair quote.

Diagnostic Consultations are charged at $25 per hour with a minimum of one hour. A detailed repair quote and timeframe will be given post-consultation. Emergency diagnostic consultations will incur a 25% surcharge.
